Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Purpose: To outline the terms for participant cancellations and refunds

Cancellations by Participants:

Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations received 7–13 days prior to the course start date will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 7 days before the course start date or for no-shows.

To cancel, participants must submit a written request via email to [provider email] or through the course registration portal.

Cancellations by Provider:

If the course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Exceptions: Refunds or credits may be considered for extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis, with written documentation required.

Grievance Policy

Informal Resolution: Discuss concerns with the instructor or coordinator during or after the course.

Formal Complaint: If unresolved, email a written grievance to enlivenmassagellc@gmail.com within 30 days, including name, issue details, and desired outcome. Enliven Massage and Wellness will acknowledge receipt in 5 days and respond within 15 days after investigation.

Appeal: If unsatisfied, appeal to Enliven Massage LLC within 10 days for final review.

Non-Retaliation: No retaliation for filing grievances.

Conflict of Interest Statement
Conflict of Interest Policy

Definition: A conflict of interest arises when an instructor, course coordinator, or provider has a financial, personal, or professional interest that could influence the objectivity or quality of the course.

All instructors and course coordinators must disclose any potential conflicts of interest (e.g., financial ties to massage product companies, competing CE providers, or personal relationships with participants) to Enliven Massage and Wellness prior to course delivery.

Disclosures will be reviewed to assess their impact on course integrity.

Reassigning the instructor or coordinator.

Required information includes full name, email address, phone number, massage license number and state. Full payment must be received within 7 days of registration, and prior to the start of the course.
