This provider, course or session has been restricted due to an unresolved audit or investigation.
This provider is in the process of taking corrective action in order to comply with FSMTB CE Standards.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation notifications must be made via email or text at 424-274-1444. Failure to do so, may result in no refund or transfer accommodations being made. If you to not attend the event or follow notification guidelines, you will NOT be compensated.
Cancellations prior to 30 days will receive a full refund minus their nonrefundable deposit.
Cancellations, 15-30 days prior to the event will receive 50% refund minus the non-refundable deposit,
Cancellations 15 - 0 days prior there will be no refunds.
Students may transfer a class up to one time without charge. After that, an administrative fee of $58 will apply. Class transfers are not eligible for refunds.
Course transfers are not eligible for refunds. All refunds will be made to the person or entity that made the initial payment. The customer agrees to the terms of this policy and agrees to follow the cancellation procedures listed above.

ADA Accommodation Policy
If a student needs accommodations because of their disability, they must disclose the disability at the time of enrollment.
The class location on a first floor, where there are disability parking behind the building.
Thai Massage Studios will provide any reasonable accommodations to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to enjoy programs, services, and activities.
Grievance Policy
Please Submit a written notice of the issue or concern within 30 days after completion of the course that includes a description of the situation.
Conflict of Interest Statement
Instructional courses are for your own personal education. Course materials, and instruction is for your use only. The use of recording devices is strictly prohibited.

Once an inquiry is received, an email with the necessary information will be sent to the prospective participant for each course.
